**We would love to hear from you if**:
3+ years of startup experience
Experience with budget management
Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
Proven success in a project coordination role
Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
Willingness to hustle and get their hands dirty, and comfortable with ambiguity
Enjoy taking ownership, learn quickly and have a bias for action
Should be able to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
**What you'll do**:
Managing logistics and user communication
Evaluating strengths and identifying areas for improvement
Be data-driven and open to experimentation
Taking complete ownership of key initiatives
Assist the founders to determine and prioritise business strategies based on their schedules
Determine key performance indicators and how to measure team performance
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive projects to closure
Solving problems through structured thinking, research, project planning, and on-ground execution
Owning responsibilities across domains such as strategy, marketing, operations, and partnerships
Work on existing products and design new ones to drive key business metrics for the company
Work on special projects which are essential for the growth of the businesses
Develop innovation roadmap and new market entry strategies
