**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix), virtualization technologies, and basic scripting languages.
- Familiarity with network protocols, security protocols, and IT best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
