**Scriptwriting**: Write compelling and engaging scripts that align with the brand's voice and messaging.

**Video Production**:Work closely with the production team to plan, shoot, and edit videos that resonate with our audience.

**Team Coordination**:Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of all social media content.

**Social Media Strategy**: Assist in developing and implementing a social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.

**Algorithm Awareness**:Stay updated on the latest Instagram and YouTube algorithms to optimize content reach and engagement.

**Community Management**:Actively manage social media comments, engaging with followers, and fostering a positive online community.

**Influencer Collaboration**:Regularly collaborate with influencers to expand the brand's reach and credibility.

**Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content planning.

**Performance Monitoring**:Track and analyze the performance of social media content to optimize future campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 year of experience in social media management, particularly in video content creation.
- Proven experience in managing social media, representing a brand, and ensuring brand alignment.
- Strong script writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of video editing and creative desiging.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices, especially Instagram and YouTube algorithms.
