**Job description**

A **Real Estate Sales Agent** helps clients buy, sell, or rent properties. They serve as intermediaries between buyers and sellers, guiding their clients through the entire process—from searching for properties to finalizing deals. The role requires excellent sales skills, knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to negotiate effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Representation**: Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties, providing expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements.
- **Property Listings**: Create and maintain listings of properties for sale, including preparing property descriptions, taking photos, and posting listings on real estate platforms.
- **Showings and Open Houses**: Organize and conduct property showings and open houses for potential buyers or renters.
- **Market Analysis**: Research local real estate market trends, property values, and competition to offer informed advice to clients.
- **Negotiation**: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, including presenting offers, making counteroffers, and ensuring both parties agree on terms.
- **Contracts and Documentation**: Assist clients in preparing contracts and other necessary paperwork, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the buying or selling process, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
- **Networking**: Build a client base through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts, fostering relationships with other real estate professionals.
- **Market Properties**: Utilize marketing tools, both digital and traditional, to promote properties and generate leads.
- **Closing Deals**: Guide clients through the closing process, helping to coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps for property transfer.

- **Market Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets, property values, and industry regulations.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address issues and resolve conflicts that may arise during the buying or selling process.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Familiarity with real estate software, Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and online platforms.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in contract preparation, property evaluations, and transaction documentation.
- **Time Management**: Ability to juggle multiple clients, listings, and tasks while meeting deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Licensing**: Active real estate license (requirements vary by state/country).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales or customer service is often preferred, but not required.
- **Certifications**: Additional certifications (e.g., Accredited Buyer’s Representative - ABR, Certified Residential Specialist - CRS) may be beneficial.

Pay: ₹11,082.99 - ₹33,988.71 per month
