**Job Summary**:
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Billing & Invoicing**:
- Generate accurate invoices for guests, ensuring that all services (room charges, food and beverage, spa, etc.) are correctly accounted for.
- Review and verify charges to ensure correctness and resolve any discrepancies in guest accounts.
- Ensure that all invoices are prepared in compliance with hotel policies and local tax regulations.
**Payment Handling**:
- Process and record payments from guests (credit cards, cash, bank transfers) and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle the check-out process, including verifying payments and issuing receipts.
- Follow up on any pending payments and address outstanding balances with guests in a professional manner.
**Reconciliation & Reporting**:
- Reconcile billing information with daily reports and ensure that all transactions are accurately reflected.
- Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting, providing billing summaries and documentation as needed.
- Prepare and submit financial reports for management review.
**Guest Interaction**:
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding billing and charges promptly and professionally.
- Resolve any guest billing disputes or issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Collaboration with Hotel Departments:
- Work closely with the front office and reservations team to ensure accurate guest billing information.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Food & Beverage, Housekeeping) to confirm charges and services rendered.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure that all billing processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, and legal regulations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all guest transactions, payments, and billing adjustments.
**Audit Support**:
- Assist with internal audits and provide requested documentation related to guest billing.
- Ensure proper handling of all cash, credit card, and electronic transactions for audit purposes.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a billing, accounting, or similar role within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) and accounting software is an advantage.
**Skills**:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing and payment processing.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with accounting or hotel management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to resolve issues effectively and handle guest inquiries in a professional manner.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
