Admission Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to join our team as an Admission Associate and Parent Relations Executive. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing the admission process and fostering positive relationships with parents.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Admissions Management:

- Facilitate the end-to-end admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Conduct informational sessions and campus tours for prospective students and parents.

2. Parent Relations:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to enhance their experience.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for parent inquiries and concerns.
- Organize and participate in parent engagement events, workshops, and conferences.

3. Communication and Collaboration:

- Effectively communicate admission policies, procedures, and requirements to parents and prospective students.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure seamless integration of admission processes.

4. Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective students and enrolled families.
- Generate reports on admission statistics and trends for analysis and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in admissions or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with education industry trends and admission best practices.
