About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Oversight: Supervise daily security operations across assigned sites, ensuring compliance with company protocols and client requirements.
- Personnel Management: Coordinate the recruitment, training, and scheduling of security staff; conduct regular performance evaluations and address any disciplinary issues.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on security activities.
- Emergency Response: Lead incident response efforts, including coordinating with emergency services and conducting post-incident analyses.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a similar role within a reputable security firm.
- Knowledge of local security regulations and compliance standards.
