**Job Description**:
Position Summary:
The Menstrual Health and Hygiene Management Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions and workshops on menstrual health and hygiene to diverse groups, including adolescents, women, and community health workers. The role aims to enhance understanding, awareness, and practices related to menstrual health and hygiene, breaking down taboos and empowering individuals with knowledge and resources.

Experience: 0-2 yrs

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary : For Fresher 10k, For experience 10k-15k per month

Location : Bodakdev, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct interactive training sessions and workshops on menstrual health and hygiene management for various target groups.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage participants and ensure effective learning.
- Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different audiences.
- Engage with community groups, schools, and organizations to promote menstrual health and hygiene education.
- Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and outreach activities.
- Train and mentor local health workers, educators, and volunteers to deliver menstrual health and hygiene education.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and schools, to promote policy changes and resource allocation.
- Manage training resources, including educational materials, demonstration kits, and hygiene products.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi
