**Job Description: Part-Time Montessori Elementary English Teacher**

**Position**: English Teacher - Part-Time
**Grade Level**: Elementary (Ages 6-12)
**Employment Type**: Part-Time

**Overview**:
We are Vruksha International School Of Montessori an authentic school that is committed to fostering Montessori education up to grade 12. We have an exciting position for a passionate and dedicated Elementary English Teacher to join our team of Montessori Educators.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging English language and literacy lessons aligned with Montessori principles.
- Guide students in developing reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills at their own pace.
- Prepare age-appropriate materials and activities to support individualized and group learning.
- Foster a love for reading by introducing students to a variety of literary genres and authors.
- Observe and document student progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues as needed.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English (required).
- Montessori certification for the Elementary level (preferred).
- Teaching experience, preferably in a Montessori environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their individual learning journeys.
