Paid Assistants with comparatively good knowledge and experience can also apply. - For **Semi CA**: Partially qualified CA with experience and knowledge. - For **CS Articleship**: Pursuing CS qualification with a keen interest in corporate secretarial work. **D. For CA Articleship and Semi-CA, Responsibilities include**: - Assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial statements. - Conducting audits and internal financial reviews. - Assisting in tax planning and compliance. - Working with various accounting software and tools. - Researching and resolving accounting and financial issues. - Collaborating with the CA and the audit team on various assignments. - Preparing reports and documentation as required. - Assisting with financial statement preparation and analysis. - Supporting audit and assurance engagements. - Contributing to tax compliance and planning activities. - Continuing to pursue CA qualification by studying for remaining exams. - Gaining hands-on experience in accounting and finance. - Collaborating with senior CAs and colleagues on various projects. - Adhering to financial regulations and standards. - Preparing and maintaining financial records. **E. Under the guidance of our Company Secretary.
