**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Economics lessons for senior secondary classes (Grades 11 and 12) in line with the CBSE/ICSE/IB/State Board curriculum.
- Ensure conceptual clarity and foster critical thinking among students.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and administer tests, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- **Academic Planning**:

- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and update the Economics syllabus and teaching materials.
- Integrate real-world economic scenarios and case studies into lessons to enhance practical understanding.
- **Student Mentorship**:

- Provide academic and career guidance to students.
- Address individual learning challenges and support students in achieving their academic goals.
- **Extracurricular and Enrichment Activities**:

- Organize and participate in debates, quizzes, and workshops related to Economics.
- Encourage participation in external competitions and events.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of Economics and pedagogy.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars as required.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate students' progress effectively.
- Assist in school events, activities, and other administrative responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Economics (MA/M.Sc. Economics) from a recognized university.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent academic credentials and teaching aptitude may also apply.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of Economics concepts, theories, and current economic trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching (e.g., use of smart boards, online teaching tools).
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
