**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Panel Wiring & Assembly**: Assemble and wire electrical control panels, including starters, PLCs, VFDs, and circuit breakers, based on electrical drawings and diagrams.
- **Installation**: Install electrical panels in industrial and commercial setups, ensuring proper alignment and wiring connections.
- **Testing & Troubleshooting**: Perform testing of electrical panels to ensure functionality, and troubleshoot any electrical issues during installation or after commissioning.
- **Inspection & Maintenance**: Conduct regular inspections of electrical panels and systems, providing maintenance services to ensure their optimal performance.
- **Compliance with Safety Standards**: Adhere to all electrical safety standards, codes, and company policies while working.
- **Documentation**: Maintain proper records of panel wiring installations, inspections, and any modifications made to the systems.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in panel wiring, electrical installation, and troubleshooting.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of electrical systems, control panels, circuit diagrams, and wiring schematics.
- **Tools Proficiency**: Familiarity with electrical tools such as multimeters, wire strippers, crimping tools, etc.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving electrical faults.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report work progress.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and VFD control systems is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position.
- May require working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including occasional travel to client sites.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
