**Overview**:
SHAMMIX Infotech is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team on a commission-based model. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive on challenges and are eager to earn based on their performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Present and promote SHAMMIX Infotech's services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and close deals to meet company goals.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

**Compensation**:

- Earn **20% commission** on the total business generated.
- Payment will be made upon successful completion of targets or deal closure.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in IT services or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with IT services like web design, software solutions, mobile app development, and digital marketing is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
