**Reporting To**: Research Manager - **Qualification**: Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream - **Experience**: Freshers or 6 to 12 months experience **Job Overview**: **Research Associate**work on timely and quality delivering of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with years of on-the-ground experience as per client’s requirement. Shift : US shift (7:00 pm to 4 :00 am) **Responsibilities & Duties**: Roles & Responsibilities: - **Understanding the client’s primary research requirements** across industries globally - **Vetting SMEs** to gauge their relevance for the projects in hand. - **Recruiting SMEs** to join our pool of global network of advisors and thereby participate in paid consulting engagements. Shift : US shift (7:00 pm to 4 :00 am) **Professional Skills**: Superior communication and interaction skills with a confident and professional personality, Ability to quickly grasp basic industry dynamics. Strong research and networking skills are required along with speed and attention to detail. Fluency in any other foreign language (European / Asian) will be an added benefit.
