We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our team. As a Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that align with our brand's aesthetic and storytelling goals. You will collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize and execute photo shoots, ensuring that our visual content is engaging, compelling, and resonates with our audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute photo shoots in collaboration with the creative team, including conceptualizing ideas, scouting locations, and coordinating logistics.
- Capture high-quality images that meet our brand's visual standards and storytelling objectives.
- Edit and retouch photos as needed to enhance their quality and appeal.
- Organize and maintain a digital library of images for easy access and retrieval.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photography techniques, equipment, and software.
- Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers and content creators, to ensure visual consistency across all marketing materials.
- Assist with other photography-related tasks and projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision and technical skills.
- Proficiency in photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in photography, visual arts, or related field is preferred, but not required.
