We are looking for passionate and experienced **Martial Arts Coaches** to join our dynamic team at **IronWill Academy**, Jaipur dedicated to nurturing discipline, fitness, and combat skills in students of all age groups. If you are a certified and committed trainer in any of the following disciplines - **Karate, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, Krav Maga, or Judo** - we would love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and structured training sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students
- Develop tailored training programmes focusing on technique, discipline, stamina, and mental conditioning
- Ensure safety and injury prevention through proper warm-up, stretching, and technique correction
- Evaluate students’ progress and prepare them for belt grading, competitions, or fitness goals
- Foster a respectful and motivating training environment that encourages growth and discipline
- Maintain professionalism and represent the academy’s values in and outside the training space
- Collaborate with the academy leadership to design workshops, seminars, or special events

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a coach or practitioner in at least one of the listed martial arts
- National/International certification or training credentials (preferred)
- Ability to train various age groups, from children to adults
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- First aid certification is a plus

**Location**: Jaipur, Rajasthan
**Employment Type**: Full-time / Part-time
**Remuneration**: Competitive and based on experience
