**Project Overview**

This project involves evaluating and improving **AI-generated medical content** with a focus on dermatology. The total effort will span **2-3 days**, including **half a day of training** and **3-5 hours of work per day** over the subsequent days.
- **Duration**: ~1 week max (including training)
- **Workload**: Half-day training + 2 half-day work sessions (flexible scheduling; part-time availability is acceptable)

**Role: Dermatologist - LLM Evaluation Project**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review AI-generated medical text for **accuracy, safety, and completeness**, focusing on dermatology.
- Evaluate **diagnoses, treatment plans, and summaries** for dermatologic cases.
- Provide expert clinical feedback to improve the **medical integrity** of LLM outputs.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and clinicians to align model output with **evidence-based dermatology standards**.

**Requirements**:

- **MBBS** with valid medical license.
- **Minimum 5 years of post-residency experience** in dermatology.
- Strong command of **English** for interpreting clinical content and guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with a focus on **patient safety**.
- Experience in **medical content review**, **clinical research**, or **AI/ML evaluation** preferred.
- Familiarity with **AAD, BAD, or IADVL** dermatology guidelines is a plus.

**Vetting**: 1 round of interview
**Rate**: USD **$30-50/hour**
