Key Responsibilities:
Screen resumes and schedule interviews

Maintain recruitment data and reports

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eagerness to learn about recruitment and the IT industry

Good organizational and coordination abilities

Preferred:
Basic knowledge of IT roles/technologies is a plus

Internship experience in recruitment (if any)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
