Chemist Associate

**Job Summary**: The Chemist Associate - R&D will be responsible for supporting research and development activities, including formulation development, analytical testing, and process optimization. This role involves conducting experiments, documenting results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovative pharmaceutical solutions.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development and optimization of pharmaceutical formulations and processes.
- Conduct laboratory experiments, including synthesis, analysis, and stability studies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of experiments and results.
- Collaborate with the quality control and production teams to ensure seamless technology transfer.
- Prepare technical reports, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and safety protocols.
- Support troubleshooting activities and provide technical input for process improvement.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, scientific advancements, and best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D or a related laboratory environment.
- Knowledge of formulation development, analytical techniques, and regulatory standards.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment and software.
- Excellent documentation and technical writing abilities.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹575,520.47 - ₹1,830,961.16 per year
