Anchor / Agriculture Expert / Cameraholic

We are looking for an enthusiastic female anchor to join our team and participate in all the creative activities in field work.

As a anchor, you will work closely with our farmers and will be responsible for gathering information, shooting testimonial videos throughout the day and interviewing guests.

**Responsiblity**
- You have to work on field for anchoring and shooting testimonial videos at farms.
- You have to communicate and stratergize the outcome of shooting videos.
- You have to make scripts
- Interview guests and other members involved in particular stories
- Introduce farmers correspondents reporting on scene and ask them relevant questions.

**Requirement and Skills**
- Proven work experience as a anchor in agriculture field.
- Understanding of the video shooting process.
- Broad knowledge of all the agriculture activities, pest, diseses ,crop advisory.
- Comfortable yet professional presence on camera
- Marathi language proficiency.
- Must be able to tune with village area farmers and locsl peoples.
- Ability to improvise in a live on-camera setting
- Excellent verbal skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Available to work on a flexible schedule
- Ability to work under stressful conditions and strict deadlines
- Active social media presence
- BSc agriculture degree in journalism, communications or relevant field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
