**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Keyword Research**: Perform keyword research using SEO tools to identify relevant keywords and phrases for website optimization.
- **On-Page SEO**: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking to improve search engine rankings.
- **Content Optimization**: Work with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that engages users and aligns with keyword strategies.
- **Off-Page SEO**: Assist in building backlinks through various outreach techniques and social media promotion.
- **Website Audits**: Regularly analyze website performance, identify issues, and implement fixes to improve SEO metrics (e.g., page speed, mobile-friendliness).
- **Monitor SEO Performance**: Track the performance of SEO campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders about SEO progress, reports, and suggestions.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field (freshers are encouraged to apply).
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and updates.
- **Basic Knowledge of SEO**: Familiarity with SEO concepts such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building (internships or online courses are a plus).
- **Analytical Mindset**: Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to focus on the finer details while working on SEO tasks.
- **Eagerness to Learn**: A passion for digital marketing and a willingness to adapt to new tools and techniques.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms is desirable (but not mandatory).
