- Conduct concrete and kicker level surveys.
- Fix Mivan shutters as per the drawing.
- Perform de-shuttering, stacking, and shifting properly.
- Make plans for achieving cycle time.
- Remove wall ties, PVC cones, etc.
- Maintain housekeeping on the working floor.
- Check for damaged materials and repair them.
- Ensure timely removal of stoppers.
- Verify that cutouts and sleeve openings are fixed as per the drawing.
- Check for the plumb and line of prop length.
- After de-shuttering the sides, ensure that the Mivan bracket, walkway, handrail, and safety net are fixed properly, or note accordingly.
- Before concreting, check all wall ties, pins, and wedges.

**Safety**:

- Implement the safety plan prepared by the safety officer at the site.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use.
- Ensure safety guidelines are being followed at work locations, including provisions of the construction safety manual prepared by the safety officer.
- Ensure all workers are wearing the correct safety gear, such as helmets, jackets, gloves, etc., and maintain records of the same.
- Ensure that child labor is not engaged on-site.
- Facilitate safety audits to be conducted by the safety officer.
