**Job Summary**

Plyneer Industries, a leader in premium plywood and wood solutions, is seeking a motivated **Customer Sales Executive** to drive sales and revenue growth. This role focuses on converting provided leads into satisfied customers, meeting assigned sales targets, and fostering long-term business relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Lead Conversion**:
Engage with pre-qualified leads provided by the company to promote and sell Plyneer’s plywood and related products.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products to meet their needs.

Effectively address customer queries and objections to close deals.

**Achieve Sales Targets**:
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead conversion rates.

**Product Knowledge and Promotion**:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Plyneer’s product portfolio, including plywood, blockboards, and decorative veneers.

Highlight product quality, durability, and unique selling points during customer interactions.

**Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing after-sales support and resolving issues promptly.

**Reporting and Feedback**:
Maintain accurate sales records, including lead status and sales pipeline updates in the CRM system.

Share feedback on lead quality, customer preferences, and market trends with the sales and marketing teams.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Lead-to-sale conversion rate.
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Speed and effectiveness of lead follow-up.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of sales experience in building materials, plywood, or related industries (preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- **Attributes**:

- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Passion for customer satisfaction and relationship building.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
