Salary**:₹ 7,000-₹10,000/month** (based on experience)

**Responsibilities**:
**Clinical Duties (Dental Assistant)**:
Assist dentists during procedures, including passing instruments, suctioning, and preparing materials.

Sterilise instruments and maintain infection control protocols.

Prepare patients for treatments and provide chair-side support.

Assist with dental X-rays (if certified) and maintain patient records.

Ensure a clean and organised clinical workspace.

**Administrative Duties (Receptionist)**:
Greet patients and manage front-desk operations with a friendly demeanour.

Process billing, insurance claims (if applicable), and maintain accurate patient records.

Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass; certificate or diploma in dental assisting or office administration preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in dental assisting or customer service (healthcare experience a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn dental software (e.g., appointment scheduling tools).
- Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilisation techniques, and basic clinical procedures (preferred).
- Excellent organisational skills, teamwork, and a patient-centric attitude.
