**Qualification**:
v Graduate in any field

**Profile required**:
v MS office proficient (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Job Responsibilities:
v Invoices, credit notes, supplier statement, all others document processing

v Eager to learn other work and support any Ad hoc tasks

v Various monthly reports preparation.

v Produce relevant, accurate and timely financial information

**Terms and conditions of the Employment**:

- After confirmation, if employee decides to leave the company, she/he must provide a written notice of 60 days in advance. This will allow the company enough time to hire and train replacement of the employee.
- If employee fails to perform up to the expectation of company, the company reserves the right to terminate his/her employment with an immediate notice.
- Once the appointment letter has been signed and submitted to us all the above terms and conditions will become effective.

**Additional guidelines**:

- Working Hours: UK Shift
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Two Saturdays, as per department)
- No Indian holidays
- The entire office will be under the surveillance of CCTV.
- No mobile phone on desk during work hours
- Salary account with ICICI bank
