About the Role

The teacher will also play a key role in delivering and embedding the **AeroBay STEAM Programme**, ensuring students gain both academic excellence and practical exposure to **Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics**.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach **IB Physics curriculum** to students of Grades **8, 9, and 10**.
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that integrate **AeroBay STEAM Programme** modules.
- Foster inquiry-based and experiential learning aligned with **IB pedagogy**.
- Create an interactive and supportive classroom environment that encourages **critical thinking, problem-solving, and curiosity**.
- Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate **interdisciplinary projects** and hands-on learning experiences.
- Provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic performance and development.
- Stay updated with current educational methodologies, **IB standards**, and **STEAM best practices**.
- Participate in **school events, workshops, and teacher training programs**.

Qualifications & Skills
- **Bachelor’s/Master’s degree** in **Physics, Education, or a related field**.
- **Minimum 3-4 years of teaching experience** (preferably in **IB schools**).
- **IB-trained or experienced** teacher strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of **IB MYP/DP Physics curriculum** (Grades **8-10** level).
- Experience in implementing **STEAM-based teaching methodologies**.
- Excellent **classroom management** and **communication skills**.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students through **innovative and practical learning**.
- **Collaborative mindset** and openness to integrating new teaching tools and technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
