Principal Representative of the company to the customer at CSP
- Drive Business as per the target committed
- Identify new customer by Increasing Lead Generation & generate healthy Pipeline
- Prepare the CARE Plan monthly by aligning the target and maintain a healthy Pipeline
- Responsible for customer acquisition and retention
- Ensure Customer selection as per the credit norms
- Ensure Customer visits as per Permanent Journey Plan
- Responsible for logins in SFDC with completion of documents
- Study the critical accounts/ Initial arrear/ Non starter and make camp plan accordingly
- Ensure Timely Collection as per the demand list
- Responsible for Collection of accounts in OTC/OTA/INPA/Risk and legal accounts
- Support in repossession, taking custody of assets and documents
- Up-sell of value added services (VAS)
- Ensure On time Completion of PDD, TPS, Insurance documentation

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
