**Roles &Responsibilities**:

- **Placements & Internships -**_
- To ensure that the placement offers are instituted and systemized by increasing the highest

package and comanies.
- To improve the quality of placements in terms of job opportunities, the quality of

companies that visit the campus, and increase the average salaries year on year.
- Responsible for organizing summer and winter internships in companies.
- To collect the job announcement/description - requirements, job details, and specifications

from the representatives of each interested organization and share the same with the

students in a timely manner.
- **Training & skill development -**_
- To organize seminars and pep talks by inviting Industry Veterans.
- To plan, monitor, and execution of Technical and Soft Skill Training as per the

requirements of the industry.
- Arrange Industry Visits, Guest Lectures, and On Job Training for the students' community
- Design and deliver training for students in consultation with the leadership.
- **Innovation and **_ _**Entrepreneurship -**_
- To drive the innovation cell of the institute with planning activities, events, and

engagements so as to attain its objects.
- Develop a spirit of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the students through guest lectures,

mentorship, and training programs.
- Guide interested students through proper training and exposure to pursue their

entrepreneurship career.
- **General management -**_
- To achieve individual targets assigned for the annual recruitment process, summer

internships, and live projects. Support and coordinate with other team members wherever

required.
- To plan and engage with corporate for strategic tie-ups including guest lectures, panel

discussions, conclaves, workshops, competitions, centcentersres of excellence, and training

facilities.
- To work with key stakeholders including Alumni, Faculty, Administration, Marketing &
Admissions teams to achieve both career services and larger Institute objectives.
- Develop innovative ways to attract different industries.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
