**Key Requirements**
- **An MBA with PhD with a minimum of 10 years of experience in academics/industry.**
- **Ability to work collaboratively with heads of departments, faculty, and staff, as well as with colleagues across the campus community.**
- **Highly driven and ambitious individual.**
- **Must be willing to be based in Chengannur, Kerala.**
**Major Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Devise and implement strategy for the development of PSB, including**
- **Preparation of annual budgets**
- **Admission intake drives**
- **Oversee curriculum delivery as per the university calendar and norms.**
- **Bring in innovation and add-on skill building activities for the MBA program.**
- **Represent and input into internal teaching and learning QA processes such as NBA/NAAC/IQAC etc.**
- **Develop the business school’s public profile through activities and accreditations.**
- **Manage and lead teaching and departmental activities of faculty members involved with the MBA program.**
- **Manage the student experience in relation to the MBA Programs and oversee the faculty to ensure successful program delivery.**
- **Coordinate and evaluate the performance of academics and placements for the MBA program.**
- **Undertake any reasonable duties that form part of the position.**
