**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement a comprehensive and engaging mathematics curriculum aligned with educational standards and the school's academic goals.
- **Classroom Instruction**: Deliver effective and interactive mathematics lessons to TGT level students, employing varied teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
- **Student Assessment**: Conduct regular assessments to evaluate students' understanding of mathematical concepts. Provide constructive feedback and support for academic improvement.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to effective learning. Implement discipline strategies that encourage student responsibility, respect, and cooperation.
- **Educational Technology Integration**: Integrate relevant educational technology tools to enhance the teaching and learning experience in the mathematics classroom.
- **Individualized Support**: Provide additional support and guidance to students who may require extra assistance, ensuring that all students have equal opportunities for success.
- **Parent Communication**: Establish and maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on students' progress, academic performance, and areas for improvement.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with educational trends, teaching methodologies, and advancements in the field of mathematics education.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with fellow teachers, department heads, and school leadership to contribute to the overall development of the school's academic programs.
- **Extracurricular Involvement**: Actively participate in and support extracurricular activities related to mathematics, such as math clubs, competitions, and other events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- TGT qualification with a specialization in Mathematics.
- Previous experience teaching mathematics at the secondary school level.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
