Assistant Professor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lectures, laboratory sessions, and course materials.
- Conduct independent and collaborative research in pharmaceutical sciences, focusing on areas such as drug development, clinical pharmacy, pharmacokinetics, or pharmaceutical technology.
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences.
- Mentor and advise undergraduate and graduate students on academic and professional development.
- Participate in departmental and university-wide committees, curriculum development, and other academic activities.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the pharmacy program through service, outreach, and engagement with the professional community.

**Qualifications**:

- M.Pharm, or equivalent degree in pharmacy or a related field.
- Strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences and related disciplines.
- Evidence of research potential, including publications or research experience in relevant areas.
- 5 years of teaching/industrial experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.
- Licensure as a pharmacist (if applicable) is a plus but not required.
