The role of a **Statutory Officer** specializing in PF, ESIC, and labour law compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Provident Fund (PF) Compliance**:
- **Registration**: Enroll the organization and employees with the EPFO (Employees' Provident Fund Organisation).
- **Contribution Management**: Calculate and deposit monthly employer/employee contributions accurately and on time.
- **Returns & Records**: File ECR (Electronic Challan Cum Return), maintain PF registers, and manage UAN (Universal Account Number) generation/updates.
- **Withdrawals & Transfers**: Assist employees with PF withdrawals, transfers, and grievance resolution.
- **Inspections**: Coordinate with EPFO authorities during audits and address discrepancies.
- **ESIC (Employees' State Insurance) Compliance**:
- **Registration**: Enroll the organization and employees to obtain ESIC numbers.
- **Contribution Management**: Compute and submit monthly contributions (employer + employee shares).
- **Benefits Administration**: Facilitate access to ESIC benefits (e.g., sickness, maternity, disability) and resolve claim issues.
- **Returns & Inspections**: File ESIC returns (Form 5/6) and manage ESIC audits.
- **Labor Law Compliance**:
- **Multi-Act Adherence**: Ensure compliance with central and state-specific laws (e.g., Shops & Establishments Act, Minimum Wages Act, Maternity Benefit Act, Industrial Disputes Act).
- **Licenses & Returns**: Obtain/renew labour licenses and submit periodic returns (e.g., annual returns under the Payment of Wages Act).
- **Record Maintenance**: Keep statutory registers (e.g., attendance, overtime, wages) and display mandatory notices (e.g., POSH, Minimum Wage).
- **Audits & Inspections**:
- Prepare for internal/external audits (e.g., EPF, ESIC, labour department).
- Resolve non-compliance issues and implement corrective measures.
- **Employee Support & Grievance Resolution**:
- Address employee queries related to PF/ESIC benefits and labour rights.
- Assist with documentation for claims, disputes, or legal notices.
- **Legal Updates & Reporting**:
- Monitor amendments in labour laws and update organizational policies.
- Generate compliance reports for management.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- **In-Depth Knowledge**: Expertise in EPF, ESIC, and central/state labour laws.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in calculations, filings, and record-keeping.
- **Communication**: Liaise with authorities, employees, and internal teams.
- **Problem-Solving**: Resolve compliance gaps and employee grievances.
- **Time Management**: Meet deadlines for filings, contributions, and audits.
**Collaboration**
- Work closely with HR, payroll, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless compliance.
- Coordinate with external advisors/consultants for complex legal matters.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
