**Relevant Industry Experience**:
01 to 02 years in handling secretarial and legal in PCS firm or Business Consulting Company
**Skills & Knowledge**:
- Good verbal and written english communication;
- Good acumen, self-motivated, self-learner, ambitious and team player;
- Good knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act, 2008, IPR, IBC, FEMA, Relevant Rules & Regulations and other Corporate Laws;
- Ability to understand clients, department and organization requirements and handling the same with positive mindset.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Handling various registrations, approvals and compliancies;
- Client communication, follow-ups and appearances/liasoning before various authorities like ROC, RD, NCLT, SEBI, RBI e.t.c.;
- Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action;
- Other allied activities to manage the client's organization.
**Salary & Offers**:
Your consolidated salary will be ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,00,000 per annam (Cost to Company)
