**Position**: Sales Co-Ordinator

**JD**:
We are actively hiring for the position of Sales Estimator. He/ She will be helping the sales team create a proposal, tracking the costs of a project, understanding customer specifications, and proposing a final budget for a project.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Estimate and detail new and repeat orders and repeat order changes.
- Process related paperwork, securing approvals as necessary.
- Process all incoming orders in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain files, order status records, and related reports/logs for ready access of up-to-date, accurate information.
- Enter and update all orders into the order entry system.
- Enter revised acknowledged ship dates into the computer order entry system as advised by scheduling and production.
- Process order changes as advised by account representative or selling division.
- Develop and maintain effective relationship with key accounts, ensuring customer expectations are met through proactive problem identification and resolution strategies.
- Manage administrative duties to include full detailed reports and status updates meeting established deadlines and objectives

**Requirements**:

- Reviews estimate with appropriate operations & sales team to get mutual agreement on estimate.
- Must have knowledge of modular furniture industry.
- Proficient computer skills with MS Office products.
- Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently to accomplish results.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
