**About the Role**:
Cybernaut Edu-Tech is hiring a Java Lecturer to handle online evening batches. This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity for passionate educators who can effectively teach, mentor students, and manage their batch-related documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct virtual Java classes for assigned student batches in the evening.

Deliver interactive and practical sessions on core and advanced Java concepts.

Guide students with coding exercises, projects, and doubt clarification.

Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Handle and maintain batch-related documentation for attendance, progress, and reports.

Stay updated with the latest trends and practices in Java programming.

**Requirements**:
Prior teaching/training experience is preferred (freshers with good coding skills may also apply).

**Languages**: Tamil (mandatory), English (preferred).

Good communication and class management skills.

Ability to engage students effectively in an online setup.

Passion for teaching and mentoring.

**Compensation**:
**Salary**:₹4,000 - ₹5,000 per batch.

**Mode**: Fully remote, evening classes.

Pay: From ₹4,000.00 per month
