- Follow traditional recipes and techniques to produce high-quality, flavorful food.
- Create innovative dishes and specials that align with customer tastes and market trends.
- Monitor and ensure consistency in the taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
- Focus on specific regional styles like North Indian or South Indian
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior chefs and kitchen assistants in Indian cooking techniques and culinary standards.
- Manage a specific section or the entire kitchen to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely service.
- Work with other kitchen sections, head chefs, and management to ensure smooth service and effective operations.
- Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during service.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
