**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing customers to enhance customer retention.
- Provide product/service information accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with clients for feedback, renewals, payments, and service updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, service, accounts) to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM software regularly.
- Promote new products or services to existing clients.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly customer interaction reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Positive and professional demeanor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
