We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented **Customer Support/Success Executive** ready to learn and grow in the e-commerce space. The role involves supporting customers, analyzing performance, and representing our apps to a global clientele.

This role demands exceptional communication, technical learning ability, and the drive to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. **Sales leads will come to you**—there are no cold calls required, but the work involves proactive engagement with customers to ensure success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Success and Support**:

- Assist with onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of MLVeda’s solutions.

**Performance Analysis and Strategy**:

- Analyze customer performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and enhance app features.

**Proactive Customer Engagement**:

- Represent MLVeda’s apps and services professionally.

**Problem-Solving**:

- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the development team for resolutions.
- Educate customers on app functionality and e-commerce best practices.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Generate detailed performance reports for management review.

**Requirements**:
**Technical Learning Ability**:

- Keen interest in understanding e-commerce platforms like Shopify and BigCommerce.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and provide effective solutions.

**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent grammar and verbal communication skills in English.

**Customer-Centric Approach**:

- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Previous experience in customer success or support roles is a plus.

**Proactive and Organized**:

- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple customer queries and tasks efficiently.

**Tech Proficiency**:

- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Word, and basic CRM systems.
- SaaS or e-commerce platform experience is an advantage.
