Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation**: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or generated lists to identify interest in solar solutions.
- **Customer Engagement**: Clearly articulate the benefits of solar energy and Moopens Solar's products and services to potential clients.
- **Information Gathering**: Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to understand their energy needs, property details, and decision-making process.
- **Appointment Setting**: Successfully schedule qualified appointments for our field sales representatives or solar consultants.
- **Database Management**: Accurately record and update customer information, call outcomes, and appointment details in the CRM system.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls as needed to nurture leads and confirm appointments.
- **Customer Service**: Address basic customer queries and provide initial information about solar installations.
- **Target Achievement**: Strive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
- **Feedback**: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer responses and market trends.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience (1+ years) in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a call center environment, preferably in the renewable energy or a related industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in [mention required languages, e.g., English, Malayalam, Hindi].
- **Persuasion & Negotiation**: Ability to engage prospects, handle objections, and persuade them effectively.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- **Technical Aptitude**: Basic understanding of solar energy concepts or a willingness to learn quickly.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- **Work Ethic**: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- **Resilience**: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
