**Job summary**

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with **2-8 years of experience in Technical -Resume writer **. Must be a quick learner and high aspirant to grow in corporate, Resume Writers are individuals who work in the staffing industry, specifically within the IT sector. Their primary role is to Build and make Resume for IT consultants on projects as per the Reruirement in the market. They must be knowledgeable about current market trends in the technology industry and understand how to match client needs with the skills of available IT consultants. Individuals with expeditious computer skills, good communication, efficient problem solving, and quick learner will be ideal skillset for this job role.

**Roles And Responsibilities**:

- The job reports to our US-based company, Globaltek systems LLc. an IT Services, and IT Staffing firm.
- We are looking for an experienced Resume Writer to support our IT Staffing team to submit well-groomed and tailored resumes matching the job descriptions to our clients.
- As an IT Resume Writer, you will be responsible for creating and tailoring resumes for various IT positions such as Software Developers, Technical Architects, Business Analysts, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, and other related IT / Tech positions. Your primary objective will be to help job seekers stand out from the crowd by creating compelling, targeted, and personalized resumes.
- You are responsible for Resume making of every consult on the bench
- Write and edit resumes for IT professionals in a variety of roles, including software developers, technical architects, business analysts, DevOps engineers, cloud engineers, and others.
- Tailor resumes to match job descriptions and requirements, highlighting relevant skills, experience, and achievements.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, standards, and best practices in resume writing and career coaching. Continuously improve the quality of your work by seeking feedback from your peers and integrating it into your writing process.
