**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Bulk Hiring**:

- Screening resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, and coordinating the selection process.
- Update customer information and data in CRM systems
- Responsible for the conversion of the generated leads through tele-calling to achieve the business goal.

**2. Goal Achievement**:

- Work towards achieving monthly hiring targets as per organizational goals.

**3. Daily Reports Required**

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
