**Position description**: Purpose of this role is to prototype machine learning solutions for currently unsolved business problems in addition to enhancing performance of currently deployed ML models

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Person will be responsible for proposing machine learning solutions to currently unsolved business problems.
- Person will be responsible for prototyping new ML solutions for current unsolved problems
- Person will be resonsible for enhancing currently deployed models via extereme feature engineering and data cleaning.
- Person will be responsible for building entire model delivery plan from data collection till model deployment.
- Person will be responsible for innovating new methods for model improvements like new data cleaning methods, new accuracy measurement metrics etc
- Person will be responsible for collabration across teams to resolve issues faced by team in data collection and model deployment
- Person will be responsible for training and mentoring interns and new hires.
- Person will contribute in hiring data scientists.
- Keep learning new technologies / concepts in ML relevant for Cyber Security. Host regular training sessions for data scientists. Discuss concepts with leeaders

Emphasis should be placed on mínimal level of required experience (e.g. typical number of years in a specific field or discipline and/or certification requirements, etc.)
- 10-15 years experience overall experience. In which 4-7 years expereince in data scientist role or in the field of Applied Mathematics\Statistics\Modeling Simulation
- Should have solved at least 2 business problems from scratch. This includes understanding the business problem, feature engineering, model traning, testing and deployment
- Should have deployed atleast 4 Machine learning models in production using algorithms like SVM, XGBoost,LightGBM, K-Means, Deep Learning etc
- In depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms like XGBoost, LightGBM, SVM, K Means, MLP, CNN, LSTM etc
- High proficency in data manipulation using Python libraries
