The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of guest rooms, corridors, restrooms, and public areas in the resort. The attendant ensures that guest rooms and public areas meet the resort’s standards of cleanliness and comfort, contributing to the guests’ overall satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Room Cleaning**:

- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down surfaces.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish bathroom supplies.
- Ensure all amenities (e.g., soap, shampoo, toilet paper) are stocked and properly placed.
- Report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken furniture, leaks, faulty equipment) to the supervisor.
- **Public Area Cleaning**:

- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and pools.
- Ensure floors are swept, mopped, and sanitized.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies and report shortages to management.
- Ensure that linens, towels, and other items are clean and properly stored.
- **Guest Interaction**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure guests’ privacy and comfort by maintaining confidentiality and respecting personal belongings.
- **Safety & Cleanliness**:

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures as outlined by the resort’s policies.
- Use cleaning products and equipment according to manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.
- Comply with resort's health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other housekeeping staff and management to ensure efficient operations.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices is a plus.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
- Ability to push or pull cleaning carts and equipment.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including heat, humidity, and air-conditioned areas.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
