We are seeking a **Legal MIS Coordinator** to strengthen our legal and compliance function by ensuring accurate reporting, case tracking, and effective coordination across stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update **legal MIS database** with details of litigations, arbitration, recovery, and compliance matters.
- Prepare and circulate **daily, weekly, and monthly reports** for management review.
- Track **court hearings, arbitration schedules, notices, and filing deadlines**, ensuring timely escalation of critical cases.
- Coordinate with **internal legal teams, external counsels, and recovery departments** to update case status.
- Maintain a **repository of legal documents, contracts, and case files** for easy reference.
- Generate analytical reports and **dashboards (Excel/Power BI)** to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor and report **legal costs, budgets, and expense tracking**.
- Support the senior legal team in compliance-related MIS reporting to regulators (if applicable).

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in **any stream (Law, Commerce, or Management preferred)**.
- Strong proficiency in **Advanced MS Excel** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, reporting).
- 2-5 years of experience in **MIS, Legal Coordination, or Compliance Support**, preferably in NBFC/BFSI.
- Familiarity with **legal terminology and processes** (litigation, arbitration, recovery, compliance).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage **large data volumes** with accuracy.

**Work Schedule**
- Office Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Second Saturday Off)
- Location: Worli, Mumbai

Pay: ₹340,943.95 - ₹500,000.00 per year
