We are hiring for Multinational Manufacturing company at Mahape, Navi Mumbai.
- **Position**: GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee)
- **Location**: Mahape, Navi Mumbai
- **Days of working**: 6 days a week
- **Office timing**: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
- **CTC: ₹20,000 (Take Home-on contract for one year) | Post one year completion: Salary Revision & Onroll Employment**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair** of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Work on **power distribution systems, control panels, and automation processes**.
- Support **preventive maintenance programs** to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Analyze **electrical failures and suggest improvements** for system reliability.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of **electrical equipment**.
- Ensure compliance with **safety protocols and industry standards**.
- Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: B.E./B.Tech in **Electrical Engineering (2023/2024 pass-outs preferred**).
- Good understanding of **electrical circuits, PLCs, VFDs, switchgear, and industrial automation**.
- Basic knowledge of **AutoCAD (Electrical), SCADA, and other electrical design tools** is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a **manufacturing/plant environment** and adapt to learning new technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
