**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct online tutoring sessions for students in a clear and effective manner.
- Prepare lesson plans and study materials according to the students’ learning needs.
- Explain concepts, answer questions, and help students with assignments and homework.
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences to improve student understanding.
- Monitor student progress, assess their performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist students in preparing for exams and tests.
- Ensure a positive and motivating learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and technologies for online education.

**Requirements**:

- **Fresher** with a strong passion for teaching.
- **Qualifications**: B.Ed, M.Ed, PPTTC, MTTC, or any relevant educational qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to teach and explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a student-centered approach to teaching.
- Ability to work independently with good time-management skills.
