**Responsibilities**:
1. **Counseling**: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with potential students, understanding their educational and career aspirations.

2. **Information Dissemination**: Provide detailed information about our computer education programs, admission criteria, and career prospects.

3. **Admission Assistance**: Assist applicants in completing the admission process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of required documents.

4. **Communication**: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries through various channels, maintaining a positive and informative approach.

5. **Event Coordination**: Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in recruitment events, workshops, and open houses.

7. **Industry Awareness**: Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and changes in admission criteria.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
1. **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.

2. **Experience**: Proven experience as an Admission Counselor in a similar educational setting (6 months to 1 year).

3. **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with potential students.

4. **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

5. **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with computer education programs, admission processes, and current industry trends.

6. **Technology Proficiency**: Comfortable with CRM systems and other admission-related tools.

7. **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.

8. **Positive Attitude**: Display empathy, a positive attitude, and a passion for facilitating students' educational goals.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
