**Job Summary**: The Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. This role involves interacting with customers, handling transactions, and collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to deliver high-quality service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, answer questions about the menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure that guests' needs are met throughout their dining experience, including refilling drinks, addressing any concerns, and providing timely service.

**Order Management**:

- Input orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Monitor the status of orders and ensure timely delivery to the table.
- Handle special requests and modifications to orders as needed.

**Service and Delivery**:

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any issues promptly.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests.

**Payment and Transactions**:

- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Provide guests with their receipts and ensure that any billing issues are resolved promptly.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
- Communicate effectively with other servers and team members to manage table assignments and service flow.

**Compliance and Cleanliness**:

- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including the dining area, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow proper procedures for handling and storing food and beverages.

**Additional Duties**:

- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations for special events or functions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support restaurant operations.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: Previous experience as a server in a Restaurant/Bar required

**Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
