**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Relations & Industry Engagement**
- Identify and engage with new organizations to create meaningful employment opportunities for students.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing industry partners to bring in relevant job openings.
- Conduct occasional corporate visits to strengthen and renew client connections.

**Student Orientation & Career Training**
- Conduct orientation sessions and placement readiness training for students.
- Lead student development programs including motivational talks, grooming workshops, alumni panels, and industry interaction sessions.
- Guide students in identifying suitable career paths based on their interests and strengths.
- Offer tailored career advice and resources for specific streams and student groups.
- Collect and act on student feedback to enhance training and engagement.
- Deliver occasional corporate training sessions as required.

**Placement Coordination**
- Understand employer hiring requirements and relay them clearly to internal teams.
- Assist in matching students to job roles by coordinating interviews and assessments.
- Serve as a point of contact for students during the hiring process, addressing their queries and concerns.

**Administrative & Reporting Duties**
- Maintain an organized client database and track placement outcomes.
- Keep accurate records of student profiles and participation.
- Prepare monthly reports on placement activity and outcomes.
- Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Effective communication in both **English and Malayalam**:

- Confident presentation and public speaking ability
- Relationship-building and stakeholder management
- Empathy, guidance, and career mentoring mindset

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
