As a Sales Executive at Fibretron Composites Pvt Ltd, you will be a key contributor to our growth and success by promoting our innovative GFRP (Glass-Fiber Reinforced Polymer) products to potential clients and stakeholders in the construction industry. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving sales revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and target potential clients, including contractors, builders, architects, and government agencies, to promote and sell GFRP products.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Sales Strategies**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including market research, lead generation, and sales presentations to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- **Customer Education**: Educate clients about the benefits of GFRP materials, including their cost-effectiveness, durability, and sustainability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with construction industry trends and market dynamics.
- Knowledge of GFRP or similar construction materials is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
